As a candidate for Mayor I have three main objectives:

1) A written report outlining the short and long term goals for the village - I believe this is the core of making wise and fiscally responsible decisions when planning the future of our police department, public works and all community services. This would be accomplished by the village board through a series of workshops and meetings that would include input from our residents, taxing bodies, professional consultants and village staff.

2) Visibility - Increase visibility to the village residents by bringing back "Committee of the Whole Meetings"; provide more opportunities for residents to make comments, update the village website and newsletter, expand committee work and provide more opportunties for residents to be involved.

3) Create Community Character - Enhance village open spaces with appropriate landscaping, planters, lighting, etc. that elevates the look and feel of the village to residents and a growing business district.
